CARYSIL Ltd postpones expansion project

Given the current global operating environment, the board of directors of CARYSIL Ltd has decided to postpone the expansion of additional capacity of 200,000 quartz sinks.

Looking at the rising demand for built in kitchen appliances, the board has decided to utilise the resources for manufacturing/assembling of 200,000 Built-in-kitchen appliances to become Atma Nirbhar in Built-in-kitchen appliances segment. This expansion will take place in 2 phases i.e. 100,000 units in Q1 FY 2023-24, and balance 100,000 units in Q3- FY 2023-24.

Shares of Acrysil Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 527.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 571.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33202 in over 3160 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 580.00 and intraday low of 523.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18090918.00.
