Anil Modi Oil equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Anil Modi Oil Industries Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 04, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of J P Management systems Pvt Ltd with the Company.
