MSTC Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held on 8th November, 2022 through video conferencing at Kolkata has considered and declared an Interim Dividend @ 55% i.e. Rs. 5.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration. The Board has also fixed 21st November, 2022 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend. The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched within 30 days from the date of its declaration.

Shares of Mstc Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 280.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 274.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29161 in over 1081 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 281.65 and intraday low of 272.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8085517.00.
