Aegis Logistics Ltd approves 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd have approved 3rd Interim Dividend of 200% i.e. Rs. 2.00 (Rupees Two Only) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- during the financial year 2022-23 and has fixed Wednesday, November 16, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The 3rd Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before December 7, 2022.
