Vaxfab Enterprises Limited board approves rights issue

The Board of Directors of Vaxfab Enterprises Limited (Formerly known as Ellora Trading Limited) in their meeting held today i.e. 7th November, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company which commenced at 5:30 P.M. and concluded at 7:00 P.M. has considered and adopted Draft Letter of Offer to be filed with BSE Limited for Issue of 72,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- at an issue price of Rs. 18/- per equity share including a premium of Rs. 8/- per equity share aggregating of Rs. 12,96,00,000/- to all existing members of the Company on rights (right issue).

The board also decided to start business in new Segment i.e. Textiles and Clothing business.

Shares of Ellora Trading Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 31.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2796 in over 22 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.60 and intraday low of 28.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 82873.00.
