USFDA removes Avanti Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd from import alert

Avanti Feeds Ltd has announced that the USFDA has removed shrimps produced and exported by Avanti Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd.{AFFPL} (a subsidiary Company) to USA from detention without physical examination under Import Alert # 16-81, from 21.10.2022.

This import alert was imposed on 04.03.2021 due to presence of Salmonella in the Shrimp Produced and exported by AFFPL to USA.

This announcement will enable AFFPL to accelerate export of value added Shrimp Products to USA.

Shares of Avanti Feeds Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 437.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 436.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16068 in over 952 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 441.25 and intraday low of 436.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7029868.00.
