Brookfield India Real Estate Trust declares distribution of Rs. 5.10 per unit

The Board of Directors of Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, the manager of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (“Manager”) at its meeting held on Monday, November 7, 2022 has, declared distribution of ₹ 1,708.94 million / ₹ 5.10 per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2022.

Shares of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT was last trading in BSE at Rs. 300.19 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 302.12. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8861 in over 698 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 308.13 and intraday low of 298.22. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2668720.00.
