Grasim Industries Limited to raise Rs. 1000 crores through NCDs

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Limited at its meeting held today, considered and approved issue of Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") on private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,000 Crore, in one or more tranches.

Shares of Grasim Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1762.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1722.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37945 in over 3833 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1769.75 and intraday low of 1716.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 66690990.00.
