Tech Mahindra Ltd declares special dividend of Rs. 18

The board of directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd has declared Special dividend of Rs. 18/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 360% of the face value.

The board has fixed 10th November, 2022 as the Record Date for determining the members entitled to receive the Special Interim dividend.

The Special dividend shall be paid on Thursday, 24th November, 2022 to equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, 10th November, 2022.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1071.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1063.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 222715 in over 9134 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1079.90 and intraday low of 1047.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 236959281.00.
