Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited ("RSBVL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has invested an amount of USD 15 million in its subsidiary, SkyTran Inc. to increase its shareholding to 62.83% on a fully diluted basis.
