G R Infraprojects Ltd's subsidiaries achieve financial closure

"GR BHIMASAR BHUJ HIGHWAY PRIVATE LIMITED" and "GR MADANAPALLI PILERU HIGHWAY PRIVATE LIMITED", wholly owned subsidiaries of G R Infraprojects Limited , are in receipt of letter from National Highways Authority of India ("Authority") for noting of financial close for their projects w.e.f. 12th October 2022 and 15th October 2022 respectively.

Shares of G R Infraprojects Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1215.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1215.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 240 in over 66 trades.
