Dr. Ramesh Cardiac Multispeciality Hospital Private Limited ("DRCMHPL"), a subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare Limited ("Company"), has invested INR 0.51 Crores i.e., 51% of the Capital Contribution in Komali Fertility Centre Ongole LLP on 26th October, 2022.

Komali Fertility Centre Ongole LLP was incorporated to establish fertility clinics on a standalone basis or as units within multi-speciality hospitals / clinics / nursing homes for providing high class and quality fertility care services to patients. The LLP was incorporated on December 29, 2021.
