Nibe Ltd enters into MOUs at Defence Expo 2022

At the Defence Expo 2022 being held at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Nibe Limited has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), with (1) Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) (2) Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) and (3) Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) to provide constructions and general infrastructure support and related services.

The above MOUs are subject to the definite Agreement to be entered into with the respective Entity.

Shares of NIBE Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 441.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 428.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23730 in over 230 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 449.95 and intraday low of 418.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10558086.00.
