VIP Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of VIP Industries Ltd at its meeting held today at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 06:05 p.m. has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 shall be paid on or after 17 November, 2022.

The Board has fixed Friday, 4th November, 2022 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of VIP Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 708.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 688.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39885 in over 2501 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 722.70 and intraday low of 696.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28338351.00.
