Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd have declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Re. 0.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. The same is subject to TDS.

The Board of Directors have fixed Wednesday, 2 November, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 to be paid to the eligible shareholders.
