Laurus Labs Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of directors of Laurus Labs Ltd has approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 0.80 (40%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each, for the Financial Year 2022-23 at the meeting held on October 21, 2022.

The Company has fixed "November 04, 2022" as "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Dividend amount will be paid on or after November 15, 2022.
