Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd at their meeting held today declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (i.e. @ 15%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023 on the paid up share capital of the Company of 14,43,02,778 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.

The Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 will be paid on and after 7th November, 2022 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, determined with reference to the Record Date of 2nd November, 2022 already announced for the purpose vide Company letter dated 12th October 2022.

Shares of Shree Digvijay Cement Co.Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 64.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35692 in over 781 trades.
