Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd to invest in LMW Aerospace Industries Ltd

The Board of Directors of Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd at their Meeting held on 20th October 2022 had approved the proposal for making an investment in the Unsecured Compulsorily Convertible Debenture ('CCD's') issued by LMW Aerospace Industries Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

The funds wil be utilized to support working capital requirements of the wholly owned subsidiary Company upon commencement of business operations.

Shares of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12249.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12302.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 750 in over 424 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12547.20 and intraday low of 12194.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9299445.00.
