HCL Infosystems Board declares Interim Dividend

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2006, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend @ Rs 2/- (100%) per fully paid up equity share of Rs 2/- each of the Company for the year 2006-2007.
