Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd Signs MOU with Symbiosis for Corporate PGDBA Program to Build Next-gen Talent

One of the largest asset financing company in India Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited (STFC) a part of the Shriram Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Symbiosis Open Education Society's Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) for the Corporate Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration to build next-gen employee talent. The MOU will promote upskilling of employees through open & distance learning. This program will be a self-paced training that employees can access over the cloud at anytime, anywhere and on any device.

Through the MOU, Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning will conduct an AICTE-approved Corporate Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (C-PGDBA) program for the employees of STFC. The program will extend over a 2 years duration, constituting 4 semesters and with specialization in Financial Management and Marketing Management. SCDL will conduct the program and provide the necessary training to eligible employees of STFC.

SCDL and STFC have agreed upon Joint certification specifically for the NBFC domain courses related to processes and products, bringing in a prestigious Institute recognition to the in-house program of the Management Education Scheme. The program has been designed to empower employees to take up managerial positions. It will deliver rapid upliftment in managerial skills, through exposure of the full range of management subjects. The program is specially designed for the Employees of Shriram to strengthen the area of their current specialization along with a comprehensive view of other functions of management. The program contents will help the individuals to develop a strong understanding of Management Concepts for practical applications.

Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited is committed to imparting knowledge and management skills to its young employees, through various management learning programs with the ongoing Management Education Scheme. Continuing in the Shriram Way, the company will bear the costs of the program by the applicable fee reimbursements to employees upon completion of the program.

Shares of Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1224.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1192.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16180 in over 1523 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1230.35 and intraday low of 1200.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19666500.00.
