ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4.50

The board of directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has approved the declaration and payment of interim dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 45.0% of face value of Rs. 10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.

The interim dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record date i.e. Friday, October 28, 2022. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders on or before Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1149.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1132.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12963 in over 2766 trades.
