Sonata Software Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 18th October, 2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 7.00 per share (700 % on par value of Rs. 1/-) for the financial year 2022-23.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend will be on Tuesday, 1st November, 2022. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after Monday, 14th November, 2022 through Electronic mode or by dividend warrants, as applicable.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 504.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 504.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13488 in over 729 trades.
