Clariant Chemicals India Ltd is now Heubach Colorants India Limited

Tthe Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as 'the ROC') has approved the change in name of the Company from 'CLARIANT CHEMICALS (INDIA) LIMITED' to 'HEUBACH COLORANTS INDIA LIMITED' with effect from October 17, 2022.

The altered Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association has been taken on record by the ROC. The same will be presented before the Board, at its ensuing meeting, for noting.

Shares of Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 410.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 409.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 489 in over 78 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 411.00 and intraday low of 405.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 200209.00.
