CEAT Limited has invested in the paid-up capital of a wholly owned subsidiary ('WOS'), Taabi Mobility Limited.

Taabi Mobility Limited is a public limited company incorporated on September 16, 2022 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in the State of Maharashtra. Its main object inter-alia includes connecting commercial vehicles to the internet and providing web-based analytics to help customers better manage their fleets and reduce their total cost of operations and increasing uptime.

Shares of CEAT Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1478.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1522.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3883 in over 685 trades.
