Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd board recommends 3:10 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Veer Energy & Infrastructure Limited held today i.e. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 629-A Gazdar House, 151 Floor, J.S.S. Marg, Near Kalbadevi Post Office, Mumbai- 400002, has considered and approved the increase in Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 15 crore to Rs. 20 crore and consequent Alteration in Memorandum of Association.

The board also approved issue of Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 3:10 i.e. 3 fully paid up equity share for every 10 fully paid up equity shares held and fixing of record date for the purpose of Bonus Issue.

Shares of VEER ENERGY & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 18.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 114350 in over 296 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.90 and intraday low of 16.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2057752.00.
