Moneyboxx Finance Ltd to consider NCD issue for Rs. 20 crore

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 14, 2022, to consider and approve raising of funds by way of issuance of Rated, Unlisted, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable NonConvertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding INR 20 Crore.
