JSG Leasing Limited has received final approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for change of name of the Company from "JSG Leasing Limited" to "Colab Cloud Platforms Limited" on October 7, 2022.

The company shall make an application to the stock exchange to the effect to the aforesaid name change.
