Navkar Corporation to sell certain movable assets to Adani Logistics Ltd

The Board of Directors of Navkar Corporation Limited ("The Company") have, at their meeting held today i.e. on 07th day of October, 2022 which commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 01:00 pm, approved the transfer of its title, rights, interest and ownership of Movable Assets i.e., 615 Trailers and 90 Dwarf Containers for a total consideration amount of Rs. 1,73,96,99,114/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Three Crore Ninety Six Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Fourteen Rupees only) (including applicable taxes) to Adani Logistics Limited.

The consideration amount shall be used for further expansion of business and purchase of new Trailers for its new project Inland Container Depot situated at Morbi.
