Compuage Infocom updates on Distributor Agreement with R&M

Compuage Infocom Limited had entered into a Distributor Agreement with R&M India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "R&M") only for the purpose of distribution of versatile structured cabling solutions to the Company's partners. It does not pertain to any kind of Acquisition / Scheme of Arrangement / Sale /Disposal / Restructuring and is purely in the nature of a business agreement.

Compuage, being an IT distributor company, its nature of business includes distribution of computer parts, peripherals and software products, with respect to which, the Company enters into various distribution agreements in the normal course of its business.
