Tata Coffee Ltd sells land in Telangana for Rs. 150 crores

Tata Coffee Ltd has, pursuant to its Board's approval on 29th September 2022, entered into a definitive Agreement of Sale for disposal of an immovable property situated in the State of Telangana, to a third party buyer (non-related party), and accordingly transferred all rights, title and interest over the said property including the possession, to the Buyer, for a sale consideration of Rs.150 Crores (INR One Hundred and Fifty Crores only), which has been fully received.
