The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 has considered and approved the issuance of Unlisted, Secured, Rated, Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five crore only) on a private placement basis.
