Choice International Ltd allots 4,97,56,000 Bonus Equity Shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of Choice International Ltd has allotted 4,97,56,000 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on Monday, September 26, 2022. The shares are allotted in the ratio 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each held to the Shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members/list of beneficial owners as on September 23, 2022 ("Record Date").

Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 49,75,60,000/- divided into 4,97,56,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 99,51,20,000/- divided into 9,95,12,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Bonus Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company.
