IFL Enterprises Limited allots 90,96,172 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of IFL Enterprises Limited approved the allotment of 90,96,172 (Ninety Lakhs Ninety Six Thousands One Hundred Seventy Two) Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (1 Bonus Equity Shares for every 1 equity share held) to the members holding shares on the record date of 21st September, 2022.

Pursuant to the above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 18,19,23,440/ - (Indian Rupees Eighteen Crores Nineteen Lakhs Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty only) divided into 1,81,92,344 (One Crore Eighty One Lakhs Ninety two Thousand Three Hundred Forty Four) Equity Shares of INR l0/- each.
