Sejal Architectural Glass IPO receives 0.32 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Sejal Architectural Glass Ltd which opened for subscription on June 9, 2008 has received susbcription of 0.32 times till 5:00 PM on June 9, 2008.

The company has come out with an IPO of 91,94,155 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 105 to Rs 115.

The issue has received bids for 2936460 equity shares against the offer of 9194155 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 1867800 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received no bids for shares against the offer of 4597078 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.7741 times with bids for 1067580 equity shares against the offer of 1379123 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received bids for 1868880 equity shares against the offer of 3217954 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.5808 times.
