Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Ltd allots NCDs

Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited (SYTL), subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Trust, sponsored by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, on September 21, 2022, has allotted INR denominated senior, secured, redeemable, listed, rated, non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 391 Crores (Tranche 1) on a private placement basis to eligible investors.

For this purpose, SYTL has executed the debenture trust deed and other transaction documents.
