DRC Systems India Limited approves preferential issue at Rs. 40 per share

The Board of Directors of DRC Systems India Limited at its meeting held today has, considered, approved and taken on record the issuance of 50,00,000 Equity Shares on Preferential Issue Basis, subject to the approval by the shareholders, such other regulatory / statutory authorities as may be applicable and in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ('ICDR Regulations') and all other applicable provisions and regulations to Somani Multibiz Limited (other than the Promoters and Promoter Group) at an issue price of Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty Only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.
