Shreeji Translogistics Ltd acquires 51% stake in newly incorporated TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited

Shreeji Translogistics Ltd. (STL), an India-based surface logistics and parcel delivery service provider, has announced the incorporation of TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited (TKD Digitrans) on September 16, 2022 as its 51% subsidiary. One of the primary agenda of TKD Digitrans is to acquire identified assets and liabilities of TKD Communications LLP, which has an app named TKDost on Google Play Store to build a bridge between Transporters, Truck Owners and Agents and helps in arranging loads/ vehicles from anywhere in India. This app presently serves over 7,000 active users and has over 80,000 number of load post.
• TKD Digitrans is formed with a motive to provide tech enabled integrated logistics solutions. It will focus on developing, updating and maintaining a digital platform which will help in connecting and hosting an ecosystem of transport agencies and truck owners thereby creating a highly agile and prompt service network spanning across the length and breadth of India.
This development will also enable STL to serve new clients, enter into new geographies and open multi-fold business opportunities.
