SEPC Ltd allots 1,36,10,000 shares on preferential basis

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of SEPC Ltd met today, considered and approved the allotment of 1,36,10,000 (One Crore Thirty-Six Lakh Ten Thousand) equity shares @ Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis (totaling to Rupees Thirteen Crore Sixty-one lakhs only) to M/s. Mark AB Capital Investment LLC., as approved by the Shareholders of the Company and the Resolution Plan approved by the lenders of the Company.
