G G Engineering Ltd allots 27,75,78,135 Fully Paid-up Rights Equity shares

In accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated August 3, 2022, and (ii) in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with Designated Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited and the Registrar to the Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of G G Engineering Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e September 13, 2022 approved the allotment of 27,75,78,135 Fully Paid-up Rights Equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 1.80/- per Rights Equity share including premium of Re. 0.80 per Rights Equity share to the eligible applicants.
