Jonjua Overseas Ltd has fixed Monday, 03rd October, 2022 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the names of shareholders entitled for fully paid up Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 4:23 (issue of 4 equity share for every existing 23 equity shares), subject to approval from shareholders during the meeting on 24th September, 2022 and other necessary approval from Stock exchange and other authorities.
