Maharashtra Scooters Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 100

The Board of Directors of Maharashtra Scooters Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., 13 September 2022, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 100 (1000%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, 23 September 2022.

The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or around Monday, 10 October 2022.
