Jaipan Industries EGM to approve consolidation of shares

Jaipan Industries Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members of the Company will be held on November 07, 2006 to consider the special resolution regarding, each of the existing equity shares of Rs 1/- each in the capital of the company be consolidated into 61,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each and consequential amendments in Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
