Crypto market crosses $1 trillion mark, Bitcoin breaks above $21,000 - UniFarm

As per the market data, crypto market cap is back above the $1 trillion mark and Bitcoin has breached the $21,000 mark for the first time this month.

Tarusha Mittal, COO, and Cofounder, UniFarm, said:

The crypto market cap has breached the $1 trillion mark led by impressive gains by crypto heavyweights like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Bitcoin jumped above the $21,000 mark for the first time this month as the US dollar weakened towards the end of the week. Ethereum gained 4% and is currently hovering above the $1700 mark owing to the euphoria around the upcoming Ethereum merge which will make the network more energy efficient. It's too early to predict that we are approaching another bull run but if Bitcoin regains a higher support level between $22,000-$25000 then it may boost investor confidence and ease off the selling pressure across crypto assets. Given the fact that central banks around the world remain cautious due to the high inflation numbers, the current surge in the crypto market might be short-lived.
