Avery Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd starts commercial production of unit at Sanand

Arrow Greentech Limited's Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company M/s Avery Pharmaceuticals Private Limited - (WHO-GMP-GLP-FASSI approved) has started the commercial production of pharmaceutical & nutraceutical products in its manufacturing unit situated at Plot No. 12,13,14, Survey No. 24 and 113, Shubh Laxmi Industrial Estate, Sanand Viramgam Highway, Sanand, Ahmedabad 38211 O on 17th August - 2022.

This plant is a dedicated for Mouth dissolving strip (MOS) manufacturing and Avery is a MOS manufacturing company to have signed an MOU at Vibrant Gujarat and has been appreciated by the Government of Gujarat to launch Novel technology and raise standards of Drug delivery system.

Avery Pharma is approved with the prestigious WHO-GMP followed by approvals of FDCA, FSSAI and ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 :2015, GMP, GLP. The plant is approved to manufacture the Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals range of products. The R&D of the plant is dedicated and fully equipped to undertake developments of novel technology such as Sublingual films, buccal films, transdermal patches, veterinary films, combination films, Nanofilms, etc. The Plant houses a facility for in-house testing of the products. There is a separate provision for QC chemical and Micro testing of products. The production method follows semi-automatic and automatic processes, with high precision sensors for manufacture of quality products and entails minimal human intervention.
