Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd approves issues of NCDs for Rs. 60 crores

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, September 07, 2022 has considered and approved the issuance of 400 (Four Hundred) Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Listed, Principal Protected, Market Linked, Rated, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each, aggregating up to Rs. 40,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Crores only) on a private placement basis with a green shoe option up to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores only) in the form of Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Listed, Principal Protected, Market Linked, Rated, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each on private placement basis.
