Indigo Paints Ltd reappoints MD

The Board of Directors of Indigo Paints Ltd at their meeting held on 05 August, 2022, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), had approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hemant Jalan (DIN: 00080942) as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from 01 March, 2023 to 29 February, 2028.

The shareholders of the Company at their AGM held on 02 September, 2022, have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hemant Jalan as the Managing Director of the Company, with requisite majority.
