TD Power Systems Limited approves 1:5 stock split

The Board of Directors of TD Power Systems Limited at their meeting held today, has considered the sub-division of existing One (1) Equity Share having face value of Rs.10/- each into Five (5) Equity Shares having face value of Rs.2/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and regulators / statutory approvals as may be required.
