Sonata Software Limited fixes Sep 9, 2022 record date for bonus issue

Sonata Software Limited has fixed Friday, 9th September, 2022 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for every 3 (Three) fully paid up existing equity share of Rs. 1/- each held, subject to the approval of Members which is being obtained by way of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting.
