Procter & Gamble Health Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 11.50

The Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble Health Ltd at its meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of Rs.11.50 per equity share, for the financial year ended June 30, 2022. The dividend shall be paid between November 28, 2022 to December 18, 2022, on approval of the Members at the 55th Annual General Meeting.
