TAAL Tech India Pvt Ltd becomes wholly owned subsidiary of TAAL Enterprises Limited

TAAL Tech India Private Limited (TTIPL), subsidiary of the Company has completed the procedure of Buy Back of 50000 Equity Shares i.e 5.56 % of Paid Share Capital of the TTIPL.

Consequent to the aforementioned completion, TTIPL has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Taal Enterprises Limited.

Shares of TAAL Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1610.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1653.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1532 in over 211 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1664.80 and intraday low of 1602.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2492612.00.
